Formerly known as MOFAS: Minnesota Organization on Fetal Alcohol Syndrome

Exciting News
from MOFAS

If you're looking for the Minnesota Organization on Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (MOFAS) you have come to the right place. We have some exciting news about our organization. We have a new name! MOFAS has officially been renamed Proof Alliance. Our mission remains the same: to prevent prenatal alcohol exposure and to improve the quality of life for people living with fetal alcohol spectrum disorders (FASD).

Why PR%F

We now have the proof that prenatal alcohol exposure is a leading cause of brain injury in children. We have the proof that FASD is 100% preventable and people living with an FASD can reach 100% of their potential.

Why Alliance?

We seek to build powerful alliances with people with an FASD, their families, legislators, experts in the field, new partners, and community members to bring awareness, research, and services to this field.

What's Next?

Proof Alliance is rebranding, expanding, and we're moving! We have a new logo, website, and prevention campaign to help change the norms around drinking during pregnancy. And in May 2019 we will be moving to a stand-alone building. Proof Alliance commits to the people of Minnesota and we will continue to develop transformative programs to help Minnesotans impacted by FASD.

Proof Alliance is Moving

Our new address is 1867 Minnehaha Ave. W., St. Paul, MN 55104

Proof Alliance (formerly MOFAS) is excited to announce that we are moving to a new building at 1876 Minnehaha Ave. W., St. Paul, MN 55104 on Thursday, June 20, 2019. The new building creates an opportunity for Proof Alliance to establish a true center of FASD prevention and support. The center will house our administrative offices and also where we’ll continue to offer our transformative programming to elevate the mission of the organization. We hope our new space will be the nucleus of all the prevention and family support programming including the diagnostic clinic, training center, caregiver and youth activities. Creating our center where our groundbreaking work can occur and where programs can be replicated is essential to the growth of the organization.

This opportunity is made possible with the support of The Butler Family Foundation’s Special Projects Grant Program. And thank you for interior design services that were generously donated by Adrienne Oesterle and Reilly Interiors.

Our new building is only a few blocks east of our current offices and is on public transportation routes. There is ample free parking as well. Our email addresses, phone, and fax numbers will remain the same.

We are excited to welcome you to our new home! Several events are being planned over the coming months as we open the doors to the community. Look for additional information.
