STEP 1: Tell us about the opportunity here (*insert form link).
NEXT: When a media opportunity arises, the Communications Manager will work closely with the relevant Program Manager(s) to draft an initial press release. Program support staff may be engaged to help gather content, including key data, quotes from subject matter experts and other activities as requested. The draft may go through several revisions before being finalized. Once the press release is ready to disseminate, the Communications Manager will conduct personalized outreach to targeted media contacts in an attempt to secure coverage.
