Tools and Resources for All Grantees

Welcome, Grantees!

Thank you for partnering with Proof Alliance to build awareness, strengthen support systems and help create brighter futures for individuals, families and communities impacted by fetal alcohol spectrum disorders (FASD) and prenatal alcohol exposure. We are grateful for your commitment to this important work and are excited to support you throughout your grant period.

This online toolkit is designed to provide the resources, guidance and tools needed to help you successfully implement your grant-funded activities.

To ensure consistency, compliance and strong stewardship of grant funds, please keep the following expectations in mind:

  • Include the following sponsor acknowledgment statement on all print and digital materials, including flyers, newsletters, advertisements, news releases, websites, and social media graphics:
    • “This program/event/activity is made possible by a grant from Proof Alliance and the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH).”
    • Additionally, ensure that all materials developed or shared as part of the grant are fully accessible in accordance with applicable law and follow Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) brand guidelines. For more information, refer to the State of Minnesota Office of Accessibility website  and the MDH Visual Style website.
  • Submit all print and digital materials to Proof Alliance for review and approval prior to publication, distribution or production.
  • When written acknowledgment is not applicable, verbally acknowledge the support of Proof Alliance and the Minnesota Department of Health at the beginning of events, presentations or other public activities.
  • Use current Proof Alliance-approved messaging, language and branding guidelines when communicating about grant-funded activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and submit required reports according to grant timelines and requirements.
  • Notify Proof Alliance of significant changes to grant-funded activities, timelines, budgets or deliverables.

Reach out to Proof Alliance with questions or support needs. We are here to help you succeed and maximize the impact of your work. We appreciate your partnership and look forward to working together to advance awareness, prevention, support and systems change across our communities.
