Workshop Schedule
12:00–12:20 | Ice Breakers & Introductions
Get to know fellow participants and set the tone for the workshop.
12:20–12:50 | Panel Basics & Public Speaking 101
Learn essential tips for sharing your story effectively.
12:50–1:00 | Break
Grab a snack and recharge.
1:00–1:30 | Review Questions & Write Bios
Prepare your panel responses and craft a brief personal bio.
1:30–2:00 | Mock Panel #1
Practice your panel presentation in a supportive setting.
2:00–2:10 | Feedback
Receive constructive feedback to strengthen your delivery.
2:10–2:25 | Break
Take a short break before the next session.
2:25–2:45 | Mock Panel #2
Refine your presentation with a second practice session.
2:45–3:00 | Certificate of Completion & Wrap-Up
Celebrate your progress and receive your completion certificate.

This is a mixed-age event for individuals with an FASD, ages 13 and up.
Individuals must be 16 or older, reside in Minnesota, and have completed the Living Experience Panelist orientation in order to sign a speaking contract and receive compensation for their panel time.
Staff supervision will be provided. If additional support is needed, please bring a PCA or caregiver.
Yes—snacks and water will be available.
Yes—PCAs or support staff are welcome to attend.
No, participants are responsible for their own transportation.
Yes! Photos may be taken. If you post photos from the event, please tag Proof Alliance.
