
Recipe for Connection
Recipe for Connection is an 18+ hands-on cooking experience created for young adults with FASD to build friendships and strengthen social connections. Together on the evening of March 27, we’ll cook a meal, share conversation and create a welcoming space where everyone feels included and supported. Come ready to connect, make new friends and enjoy a great meal together.

What to Expect:
Whether you enjoy cooking or are just getting started, this is a supportive space to try something new alongside peers, with guidance from Proof Alliance staff.

Individuals ages 18+ with a confirmed or possible FASD.
Yes. Participants will prepare and enjoy a shared dinner together.
Yes. PCAs or support staff are welcome to attend for support but will not participate directly in cooking activities.
Wear comfortable clothing suitable for cooking. Aprons will be provided.
No, transportation is not provided.
Photos may be taken for Proof Alliance promotional purposes. Participants will be asked to complete a media release form at check-in.
