In 2025, Proof Alliance continued to grow its impact through strong partnerships, expanded programming and a shared commitment to prevention and support.
From reaching millions with prevention messaging to supporting families and advancing systems of care, this year reflects meaningful progress across every part of our mission.
At the center of it all: collaboration. Together with partners, communities and advocates, we are preventing prenatal alcohol exposure and improving outcomes for those impacted by fetal alcohol spectrum disorders (FASD).

Expanding Reach. Strengthening Systems. Supporting Families.
In 2025, we grew programs, partnerships and advocacy efforts to improve prevention, diagnosis and care for FASD nationwide.
We strengthened and expanded partnerships to support prevention where it matters most.
- Administered Minnesota’s FASD Prevention Grant Program, partnering with chemical health organizations to support pregnant and parenting people in recovery
- Awarded Native American Community Grants, launching two Tribal FASD Champions
- Provided training, technical assistance and ongoing support to partners statewide
We continued to grow a nationwide network of trained professionals and community educators.
- Trained 4,606 individuals through PACT and eCampus programs
- Partnered nationally to train 80 pediatric providers in FASD screening
- Presented at the International Research Conference on FASD
We expanded access to diagnostic services and strengthened systems of care.
- Doubled medical evaluations in our diagnostic clinic since 2023
- Added medical care coordination for improved patient and family support
- Led the FASD Diagnostic Consortium and developed a practical guide to improve diagnostic systems
We supported families through connection, resources, and community.
- Reached 602 caregivers, youth, and families through direct support
- Hosted a national caregiver conference with participants from 11 states
- Expanded peer-led support and youth leadership opportunities
- Continued to reduce stigma through living experience storytelling
We expanded prevention messaging and engagement across multiple platforms.
- Reached 3.38 million people statewide

- Delivered coordinated campaigns across digital, media and community spaces
