Proof Alliance Caregiver Retreat

Thank you for your interest in the 2026 Proof Alliance Caregiver Retreat!

Registration for this year’s retreat is now closed. We’re grateful to everyone who is joining us for a weekend of connection, support and time to recharge with fellow caregivers.

This Weekend is For You

Caregiving can be rewarding, challenging and, at times, exhausting. It can also feel isolating when the people around you don’t fully understand your experience.

The Proof Alliance Caregiver Retreat offers an opportunity to step away from your usual routine and spend time with other caregivers who understand the unique experiences of supporting someone impacted by FASD.

This weekend is about connection, support and taking care of yourself, too.

A Weekend Centered on Caregivers

The weekend will include opportunities to:

  • Connect with other caregivers and build community
  • Learn and share with others who understand the FASD caregiving experience
  • Take time for rest and reflection
  • Enjoy the setting at Sugar Lake Lodge
  • Participate in activities designed to support caregiver well-being

Get Away to Sugar Lake Lodge

We’ll gather at Sugar Lake Lodge in Cohasset, Minnesota, surrounded by the natural beauty of northern Minnesota.

The retreat setting provides space to slow down, connect and recharge while spending time with a community of caregivers.
