  1. Is Proof Alliance a 501(c)(3) organization?
    Yes, Proof Alliance is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. Donations are tax-deductible for United States citizens. For donors outside of the United States, please consult with your tax advisor to determine whether your donation is tax-deductible.

    Gifts to Proof Alliance can be made using our safe, secure online donation form by clicking here.
  4. What percentage of my donation goes directly to programs?
    In 2020, over 87% of Proof Alliance budget went directly to programs.
  5. Can I designate my gift to a specific program or need?
    Proof Alliance greatest need is for general operating support to maintain our current programs and services. However, if there is specific program or need that you would like to donate to, indicate your wishes with your donation.
  6. Can I dedicate my donation to someone?
    Yes. You can make your donation in memory or honor of someone.
  7. Does Proof Alliance issue tax receipts?
    Yes, you will receive a charitable tax receipt for income tax purposes. The tax receipt is sent to you via e-mail or United States Postal Service.
  8. How can I stop a monthly donation?

  9. Does Proof Alliance have annual audits?
    Yes. Proof Alliance has an independent audit each year.
  10. Is there a Donor Privacy Policy?
    Yes, Proof Alliance is committed to ensuring donor’s privacy; data is only collected when given to Proof Alliance either online or in person. Donors have the right at any time to have any, all or part of their information removed from Proof Alliance’ mailing list or database. Donor information is used to communicate with donors about events or activities that might be of interest to them; new information or research on FASD; or important or significant accomplishments that Proof Alliance has achieved.Proof Alliance will never sell, share, lease or rent any donor information.
